A 23k gold necklace, CHAMPAKALI, consisting of 39 identical gold units representing the fragrant flower buds of the evergreen champa tree.
Each unit (KALI) is KUNDAN set with a single diamond and decorated with NIL ZAMIN (dark-blue enamel). On top of the unit is a decoration of LAL ZAMIN (red) on white enamel. The upper rim is decorated with pearls and tiny green glass beads. Suspended from the champa buds are pearls and green glass beads.
The reverse is decorated with Bikaneri School enamel work and shows the red enameled five petal flower on an opaque white ground, with red enamel bordering above.
