Returns

POLICIES

Items can be returned free of charge for a full refund in the original form of payment within 30 days of the delivery date. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn or altered. All tags must be attached and items need to be returned in original packaging.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Van Gelder Indian Jewellery reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Please contact our customer care team by emailing concierge@vangelderjewellery.com if you would like to return an item. Van Gelder Indian Jewellery does not accept any item sent back without prior consultation and a return number.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please contact our customer care team by emailing concierge@vangelderjewellery.com for a return number.

EXCHANGES

We cannot process online exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order. You may place your reorder at any time. If you would like to contact us about a possible exchange, please contact us by emailing concierge@vangelderjewellery.com.

REFUNDS

Van Gelder Indian Jewellery will refund the original form of payment according to our policies outlined above.

We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Van Gelder Indian Jewellery. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if items are returned repeatedly.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day [in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately: ‘on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.’.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us Van Gelder Indian Jewellery via concierge@vangelderjewellery.com or 0031 73 303 4800] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and email the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement to the customer service emails listed above. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
